Servicing
All powered instruments and attachments should be regularly checked and cleaned.
Annual servicing is strongly recommended for normal use. Due to the specialist techniques
used in the manufacture and maintenance of De Soutter Medical instruments, user
servicing is not possible. To return an instrument for repair or warranty please:

Disinfect/sterilise the equipment in accordance with reprocessing instructions described
in the products Operating Manual.

Record the serial number of the instrument being returned with the return documentation
and enclose a brief statement describing the reason for returning the equipment
together with a contact name and telephone number.

In the case of a warranty return please state original invoice number, date of purchase
and a fully detailed description of the problem.

In the case of repair/servicing please enclose a purchase order number to cover
the Minimum Repair/Inspection Charge.
The cost of any repair will always be advised by the Company and approved by
the Customer before any work commences.

Pack the instrument securely, as any in-transit damage is not covered by the warranty.
